I like how Tsunade believes in Naruto's strength and determination just like a real mentor. A real Hokage should acknowledge and believe in her members and Tsunade's being like that ever since she became one. Love her so much!

Isn't it weird that there is so many strong ninjas but none were seen in early naruto?? Like when orochimaru showed there were only 3 beside 3rd also when pursuit rookie genins chased

I'm not sure either, but most of them were on missions. That was mentioned multiple times. And there were also Anbu members there, that were also probably strong. And if u still remember, they separated third from the rest through a barrier that was so well prepared and even by Orochimaru, leaving the subordinates helpless. So for me, it makes sense a bit. And it would even make more sense if Danzo remained as bystander that time, considering he hates the third so much.
(I guess it would be nice for us to re-watch that arc lol)

What Shizune did here is kinda annoying considering she's been with Tsunade for years and still didn't care to discuss it with her again before telling the old couple about Naruto related matter.
Even if she didn't agree with Tsunade's decision, she could have convinced her otherwise rather than taking the liberty to run around telling people
